TWO DAY VIRTUAL INTENSIVE | TEXAS AND MAINE
You’re managing everything in all aspects of your life, but who’s checking on you?
A 2-day virtual therapy intensive for high-achieving women in Texas and Maine who are running every part of their life well except the part where anyone checks on them.
You're the one people call when something falls apart. This is 2 days built entirely around what happens when it's your turn.
It’s not that you can’t handle it. It’s that no one’s ever asked what it’s costing you.
You’re excellent at your job, but lately that’s what is feeling threatened. A performance review. A slip up. A project that didn’t go your way.
The fight with your partner last week wasn’t really about the dishes, it was the last straw after months of holding everything together.
You’ve started feeling the edges of a panic attack in situations that never used to bother you: a meeting, a phone call, a quiet moment where your mind finally has room to catch up.
If you’re honest, the word you would use is drowning, but you can’t say that out loud because everyone around you thinks you’re fine.
You put everyone first by default: your team at work, your kids, your partner, your parents. It’s your own list that never gets touched.
Your body has started keeping the score: sleep doesn’t restore you, your jaw is always clenched, your stomach reacts before you consciously do.
From the outside, you look like you have it completely handled. Inside, you’re not sure how much longer you can keep doing this at this pace.
You’ve said “there has to be a better way than this” more than once this year (and you’ve meant it).
Does this sound like you?
WHY AN INTENSIVE INSTEAD OF WEEKLY THERAPY
Think of it as a Fastpass — because you've already tried making weekly therapy fit.
Weekly therapy keeps getting knocked off course by whatever fire is burning that week — you spend the hour on the newest crisis and never actually get past the surface.
Finding a free hour every week, at the same time, for months, isn't realistic when your job and your family already have every hour spoken for.
Two focused days gets you further than months of 50-minute sessions interrupted by whatever crisis is loudest that week.
You practice the skills here, with me, instead of leaving with homework you'll never open — so you're using them within days, not next quarter.
You get back to work and back to your life with your footing under you, rather than white-knuckling it while progress trickles in.
Built for someone who's at or near a breaking point and needs real traction now — not eventually, not "we'll get there."
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Two days. 3.5 hours each. From wherever you are in Texas or Maine.
DAY ONE
Your story and your stress response
How you got here, what's actually driving the overwhelm, and building a real coping toolkit you can use immediately — including what your body has been doing with all of this.
DAY TWO
What's happening right now
The specific challenges you're facing at work and at home — decisions you've been circling, boundaries you've been avoiding — and a concrete plan for how you hold your ground going forward.
A pre-intensive workbook is sent ahead of time, so day one starts with momentum instead of starting from zero.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Everything is prepared around you before you ever log on.
A pre-intensive workbook sent ahead of time, so we're not spending your first hours gathering history.
Two 3.5-hour extended sessions over secure video, scheduled around your calendar.
A written recap of each day — the insights, the language, and the tools we landed on, so you're not relying on memory.
A written plan you leave with, for work and for home, that names the next hard conversation and how you'll handle it.
What You’ll Walk Away With
-
Language for the boundary you've been avoiding setting, with someone, at work or at home.
-
Coping tools for the exact moments that trip you up — the panic-adjacent feeling before a hard meeting, the fight that starts over something small and isn't really about that.
-
A way to make the decisions you've been putting off, without needing everyone else to sign off on them first.
-
A plan for going back to work and your regular life without white-knuckling through the next crisis.
-
Proof, in two days, that your well-being can be treated with the same seriousness you treat everyone else's.
-
A clearer sense of what is yours to carry and what never belonged on your shoulders in the first place.
WHO IS THIS FOR
The capable one. The one who’s done white-knuckling it.
High-achieving professional women in Texas or Maine who tie a real piece of their self-worth to performing well — at work, at home, everywhere — who are used to being the capable one, and who are done white-knuckling it.
We meet virtually, so this fits around your schedule rather than the other way around.
It's not the right fit if you're in active crisis and need immediate or higher-level care — in that case, let's talk about what would actually help first.
The two things you’re probably thinking…
THE HONEST PART
“I can’t take take two full days off work.”
Sessions can be scheduled around holidays, PTO you already have, or off-peak windows, so this doesn't have to compete with your regular workweek.
It's virtual — no travel time, no time lost getting somewhere, no waiting room.
Two days now is less time away than the months of half-attention this is already taking from you.
“This feels like a big investment right now.”
A payment plan is available, split across the lead-up to your dates and paid in full before day one.
Worth weighing against what the current pace is already costing you — at work, in your marriage, in your health.

WHY I BUILT THIS
I kept having the same conversation, week after week, with different women in different chairs. Someone would sit down, exhausted, and start with "I know this is silly, but—" and then describe something that was not silly at all: a panic attack in a parking lot before a meeting, a fight with their spouse that was really about eighteen other things, a body that had started keeping score in ways they couldn't ignore anymore. And every time, I watched the same pattern get in the way of the work — a good session on Tuesday, and then three weeks of life happening before we could pick the thread back up. Weekly therapy is built for a lot of things. It is not built for someone who is already at the edge and needs traction now, not in month four. I wanted to build something that matched the urgency I was actually seeing in the room.
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME
Clients tend to describe me the same way: real and willing to challenge them, but never in a way that feels intimidating or too-sharp edged. We will talk about hard things. We just won’t talk about them in a hard way. I’m not going to hand you a worksheet and step back, and I’m not going to let you deflect with “I’m fine” when we both know there’s more underneath it. Instead, I’ll ask the harder question gently, and give you room to actually sit with it instead of just answering it to move on.
FAQ
Questions Worth Asking First
-
Yes. Many women who book an intensive have never sat in a therapy room before. They've just reached the point where the current pace isn't sustainable and they don't want to spend six months easing into it. No prior therapy experience is needed — we start exactly where you are.
-
They're the same idea, described two ways. Instead of a 50-minute weekly hour, we work in extended sessions — 3.5 focused hours a day across two days — so we can go deep on one thing and finish it rather than restarting every week.
-
The full intensive happens over secure video from wherever you are in Texas or Maine. You'll want a private space where you won't be interrupted, a solid connection, and your workbook. Most clients find being in their own space makes the harder conversations easier, not harder. -
It's normal, and it's part of why the work is paced the way it is — grounding and coping skills come first, on day one, before any deeper boundary work begins on day two, with built-in pauses along the way. The pace is a container, not a contract — you're never pushed further than what feels workable in the moment.
-
A split payment plan is available, with the balance paid in full before your first session day. Due dates and past-due terms are shared in writing when you book. -
There are terms for cancellations, refunds and rescheduling that are reviewed and laid out in writing before the session is scheduled.
-
This intensive is private pay and is not billed to insurance. A superbill can be provided on request if you'd like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement — please confirm details before booking.
So - who’s checking on you?
Two days, from wherever you are in Texas or Maine.
