Therapy for Women in Texas
Prioritize yourself without guilt and rediscover what you want for your life.
You’ve been holding it all together for everyone else. But who’s holding space for you?
Therapy That’s Honest, Supportive, and Empowering
I know what it feels like to always be the strong one—the one people count on—while inside you’re questioning if you’re doing enough, or if you’re even on the right path. My approach is direct and compassionate, with room for humor, real conversations, and relief from judgment. Together, we’ll uncover what you really want and build the confidence to claim it.
You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out to Start
Many of my clients come in feeling unsure if their problems are “big enough” for therapy. What matters is how heavy it feels to you right now. You deserve a space where you can breathe, be heard, and move forward with support.
Sessions are 50 minutes and held virtually for flexibility and convenience. I use a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, drawing from:
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
Mindfulness and self-compassion practices
Narrative and identity-based work
Practical strategies for anxiety, boundaries, and self-worth
We’ll collaborate on goals that feel meaningful to you—whether that’s feeling more grounded, making empowered choices, or simply learning to be kinder to yourself. My role isn’t to give you all the answers, it’s to help you trust your own.

Why Choose This Space
As women, we’re often taught to shrink ourselves: be agreeable, productive, “easy to love.” But therapy here is about undoing those messages. It’s about honoring your voice, your needs, and your story.
This isn’t about becoming a “better” version of yourself. It’s about getting back to who you were before the world told you who to be.
Who This Is For
Therapy can be especially helpful if you're a woman feeling frozen between where you are and where you want to be. Maybe you’re constantly second-guessing yourself, burned out from doing it all, or questioning what’s next in your life, career, or relationships. If you're ready to sort through the noise and take the next step with more clarity and confidence, you're in the right place.
